Screengrab from Winrad, showing the 40m band on the evening of 2010-09-18. Centre frequency is 7060kHz. This was during the CIS DX QPSK63 Contest, activity for which you can see around the 7045kHz mark. The strong signals at 7014kHz and 7102kHz, along with the wider but weaker signal between 7015kHz and 7025kHz are local QRM, the source of which is unknown.
